Risotto


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice (Short grained preferred)
  • 1/2 Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic diced
  • Warmed Broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • Vegetables
  • Protein

Recipe

Saute onions until translucent then cook garlic. Add rice and toast for 1 - 2 minutes. The rice should be slightly translucent around the edges.

Add 1 cup at a time and stir in until the broth has been absorbed. Keep adding broth until the rice has the desired texture.

Cut heat and stir in cheese and butter.

  • Mushrooms - Cook with onions
  • Frozen Peas - Add before adding cheese and butter
